Andrea

Hello Families! My name is Andrea. I’m a former L&D/NICU RN (most of my ten years were spent at Southdale Hospital)—turned IVF RN Coordinator Edina. 

My husband (also a nurse!) and I have been married for 19 years, and we have four kids: twin daughters who are 18, an 11-year-old daughter, and a seven-year-old son. I’ve also been blessed to have carried five babies as a gestational surrogate. 
I am Covid/influenza vaccinated (& boosted) and receive the DTaP vaccine against pertussis every two years.

My love for babies and their families started when I was young! I was always the baby whisperer in our family and would babysit many nights of the week for older cousins and friends of my parents. When I graduated high school, I moved to Philadelphia and lived with a family as a nanny to their three boys while attending college. It was a fantastic experience; those boys are still “my guys” 20 years later! 
I have experience as a twin mom, momma of a very colicky baby (we survived!), and then mom to a preemie. I also have sleep training experience as a mom and have been through the “Taking Cara Babies” course.
